Introduction

Beat the summer heat with these easy homemade popsicles. Simple to make and endlessly customizable, these frozen treats are perfect for kids and adults alike.

Choose Your Fruits

Select your favorite fresh fruits. Popular choices include strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, peaches, and raspberries. Wash and prepare the fruits by hulling, pitting, or peeling as needed.

Puree the Fruits

In a blender, puree the fresh fruits until smooth. If you prefer chunkier popsicles, blend for a shorter time to retain some fruit pieces.

Mix in the Juice

Add the fruit juice to the blender with the pureed fruit. Blend again until well combined. For a sweeter treat, you can add honey or agave syrup to taste.

Create Creamy Popsicles

For creamy popsicles, mix the pureed fruit and juice with Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and fully incorporated.

Fill the Molds

Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. If you are using sticks, insert them into the molds at this stage.

Freeze the Popsicles

Place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Remove and Enjoy

To easily remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy.
