Deviled Eggs Recipe

Elevate your appetizer game with this classic deviled eggs recipe. Creamy egg yolks mixed with tangy mayo and mustard, topped with paprika for a flavorful bite.

Prepare the Eggs

Start by hard-boiling the eggs. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Filling

Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Fill the Egg Whites

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves, filling each one evenly.

Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for a pop of color and flavor. You can also garnish with chopped chives or parsley for added freshness.

Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and for the filling to set.

Once chilled, arrange the deviled eggs on a serving platter and serve immediately. They're perfect as an appetizer, snack, or party dish.

Get creative with your deviled eggs by adding ingredients like diced pickles, bacon bits, or avocado to the filling for unique variations.
